The mission of The PLUS Company, an acronym for People Learning Useful Skills, is to empower individuals with developmental disabilities by providing support and services that maximize independence.

Integrity: We believe in being honest and doing what is right for the greater good of the organization and the people.  We take responsibility and hold ourselves accountable for making fair, unbiased decisions.  We are transparent and open to constructive feedback.

Whole-Person Perspective: We view everyone as a whole person.  Using this holistic approach allows us to add value to the lives we touch and ensures that respect and dignity is maintained for our clients, family, staff, and community members.  We strive to instill a sense of “belonging”, appropriately advocate and promote personal choice, ensure safety, respond to needs, and effectively teach and communicate.
