The PLUS Company employees have strong communication skills. Our staff acts as a liaison with community agencies, local businesses, families and area support to maintain coordination in the development of individual goals, self advocacy and independence. Also, consumers find educational guidance in creating positive learning experiences, supportive networks; establishing and maintaining resources and positive relationships. Furthermore, PLUS employees uphold a high standard of respect in working with co-workers, consumers, families and community contacts while demonstrating good teamwork and problem solving skills.

Job Coaches
In this position you will work one on one with individuals with developmental disabilities in a work place setting as well as take part in community activities. Through your guidance, consumers will develop work skills and experience personal success. Responsibilities also include individualized schedules, implementing training and behavior programs, completing all related paperwork and transportation. This is a Monday through Friday position.

Residential Support
Certified Nurses Aides and Home Health Aides are terrific for this workplace environment. Your previous experience with providing direct care is an asset when it comes to working in a residential setting. The PLUS Company residential homes differ greatly from a nursing home. Our residents are active participants in society who enjoy going to the movies, out to dinner, shopping, vacations and more. In this position you will be the source of support that will enable these individuals to experience life to the fullest. We have residential homes in Hudson, Milford, Merrimack, Nashua and Wilton.

While it's true that CNA's and Home Health Aides bring to the position skills and training that are beneficial to the position that doesn't mean we won't train the right person.
