Our highly qualified staff provides assistance and guidance to clients and their families in identifying the living situation that is most suited to them. The PLUS Company offers a variety of residential models including Adult Family Care, Staffed homes, Roommate, and Supported Independent living We strive to empower clients to connect and develop relationships in the community and encourage involvement in activities of personal choice so that they can experience success in being active participants in society.

Our caring staff members provide support and educational programming in the following areas:

• Reliable supervision and case management;
• Ensure safety and safety awareness;
• Medical management (including supervision of medication and health care needs);
• Health and nutrition;
• Arranging appointments and transportation;
• Assistance with activities in daily living and self advocacy;
• Housekeeping, personal hygiene and laundry service;
• Access to community programs and activities;
• Overnight assistance.

Residential Services emphasize individual needs and the development of the total person through supervised and supported living arrangements. The PLUS Company works with clients and their families to develop an individualized program specific to a person's needs and wants. Furthermore, PLUS can provide specialized and individualized assistance by the hour, day or month. The PLUS Company's certified nurses and home health aides have a strong presence in overseeing the program. A residential coordinator oversees and monitors all living situations.
